Class Fees

Each participants' spot is held in the class they register for, during the entire session. This allows us to keep the small class size, retain the gradual progression of exercises and guarantee personalized attention. Clients pre-pay for the full seasonal session; payment is due at the beginning of each session.

Studio Classes are $20 each.
Ball Classes are $10 each.
Stretch Classes are $10 each.

What You Will Need to Bring to Class

A yoga mat for your comfort, athletic shoes (optional), and knee length or longer athletic pants are suggested. An exercise ball is used in the Ball Classes.

Time

Is so very precious ... please do your best to arrive on time. The class is approximately 50 minutes which begins with a warm-up to prepare your body for the more challenging exercises that follow. Ball and Stretch classes are 30 minutes.

Cancellation/Make-Up Policy

We encourage you to carve out this personal exercise time for yourself and commit to your time-slot. This is your spot. It's just for you. Make it, and you, a priority. However, if you miss a class due to personal illness, you can make up the class, within the seasonal session, by rescheduling with Angela into another class with spots available.
