Class Schedule and Cost

The year is divided into four seasonal sessions. Call to find out when the next session begins: 312.493.0345. Each participants' spot is held in the class they register for, for the entire session. This allows us to keep the small class size, retain the gradual progression of exercises and guarantee personalized attention.

The cost per class is $18. Payment is due at the beginning of each seasonal session.

What You Will Need to Bring to Class

A yoga mat for your comfort, athletic shoes (optional), and knee length or longer athletic pants are suggested.

Time

Is so very precious ... please do your best to arrive on time. The class is approximately 50 minutes which begins with a warm-up to prepare your body for the more challenging exercises that follow.

Cancellation/Make-Up Policy

A class missed due to personal illness can be made up by rescheduling with Angela. If you miss for another reason (travel, busy schedule, etc.), we have a way for you to communicate with fellow class members to swap your class.
