These videos were shot at the ARTbody Studio before the pandemic. The featured exercisers are ARTbody clients; real women in midlife, with real bodies, doing real workouts.

Each ARTbody Techniques series is named after a real ARTbody client. These women have shown up to exercise every week for more than a decade!

It is recommended that you begin with Level 1 to learn the foundational moves, even if you are an experienced exerciser. Here’s why: Some people may only require minor tweaks on certain exercises that they didn’t realize they were performing incorrectly. The fitness industry has grown immensely over the past 30 years, and exercise science has changed. Each series (The Lacey, The Elaine, etc.) is meant to be progressive.

To lay a solid fitness foundation, begin with Level 1 and master these moves before progressing to Level 2. Then, stay at Level 2 and perfect these upgrades before moving on to Level 3, which is the most advanced version of your chosen series. By taking the time to progress through the levels, you will decrease your chances of injury, and create better results!
