You won’t receive a giant library of videos and then have to guess which workout to do when. You’ll receive access to a series of 9 videos intentionally designed to be specific and progressive.
You’ll start with the first workout, which you will have access to for 10 days. Try to do this workout every 2 or 3 days — giving plenty of time for your muscles to recover. Remember: Recovery time is just as important as exercising, especially at this time in our lives.
After 10 days, you’ll receive access to the second video, which builds on what you achieved in the first one, and gives you the option to progress the exercises to the next level. You’ll get access to a new video every 10 days. When you complete the 3-month series, you’ll have more energy, an increased fitness level, improved posture and balance. What you need:
You’ll work with your own body weight, so you only need a few things:
- A pair of light dumbbells. Most women start with 2 or 3 pounds; you can gradually increase the weight as your fitness level improves.
- A sturdy kitchen or dining room chair
- A mat, if you like or comfortable surface.
And that’s it!
It’s intentional that program is phased to establish a foundation of success and then make gradual, but real improvement as the series progresses over the 3 months.
