How does my subscription work?
Once you sign up, your online workout subscription lasts for 3 months (90 days) from the day of purchase. You will receive 9 videos. Video one will introduce the base level of this total body workout. Workout Two will include options of how to progress this workout. Depending upon your fitness level you will take that option, or maybe not! (Progressing too quickly in a workout is how people get injured.) Video three increases the intensity of the workout again. With video four, we start all over with a completely new workout and so on…
Clients feel confident as they master the exercises every few weeks, and are once again challenged when a new workout is introduced. Only one video workout is available at a time. However, you can view and do the workout for each video as many times as you like over the 10 days when it is available. In fact, doing the each workout 2 or 3 times a week is best.
How long is each workout?
Each online video workout runs approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
How to I get access to the videos?
When you subscribe to exercise videos online, you’ll set up a log-in and password. Use that log-in information to return to the ARTbody website link provided in your email confirmation. And start working out!
Can I subscribe to the Foundation Series workout videos more than once?
Yes! While the exercises are meant to build on each other over time, it is also important to return to basics sometimes. You will definitely continue to get benefits by doing the entire workout series more than once. Because each workout includes different movements, you’ll cycle through focusing on different areas of the body to gain strength, balance and more. Do it again! Plus, we have plans to add video workout routines to enhance your skills and tone your body.
Can I use any device to watch the workout videos?
Yes! The videos are web-ready and should be easily viewed from any computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone device. Use Apple TV, Chromecast or other streaming tools to watch the videos on your television.\
Why isn’t the video playing smoothly on my computer?
First, make sure that you have a strong, broadband internet connection. Next, try downloading and installing an updated browser (updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari work well). Need further tech support, contact us.
Why isn’t the video playing on my iPad/iPhone?
On mobile devices, you could be experiencing streaming issues if you are watching videos over the mobile connection such as on a 3G or 4G connection rather than an internet connection). For optimal viewing, the video workouts require a broadband connection and we recommend connecting to a WiFi network.
What do I need to have to do the home workout?
You’ll work with your own body weight, so you need only a few things:
- A pair of light dumbbells. Most women start with 2- or 3-pound weights. You can gradually increase the weight as your fitness level improves.
- A sturdy kitchen or dining room chair
- A mat, if you like, or comfortable surface.
And that’s it!
When are the live video chats scheduled?
We use Google Groups video chats so subscribers can ask questions, get tips and add accountability to their workout routine.SIGN UP TODAY
