The maximum number of participants in each class is ten. Each participants’ spot is held in the class they register for, during the entire session. Many clients have held the same spots for years! This scheduling allows us to keep the exercise classes at a small size, retain the gradual progression of exercises and guarantee personalized attention. Note: Class sizes may vary for live online sessions.
Clients pre-pay for the full seasonal session with discounts available for taking two or more classes per week. Payment is due at the beginning of each session. See the Fitness Class Calendar for session dates and times. Semi-private (4–6 clients) and Private classes are also available. Call 312-493-0345 for details.

- Athletic shoes
- Water bottle
- Wear knee-length or longer athletic pants
- Internet connection and camera to participate in the virtual classes

To register for virtual fitness classes, please send an email to Gayle with your class preferences. She will follow up with you regarding your registration and payment.
Is so very precious … please do your best to arrive on time. All fitness classes begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for the more challenging exercises that follow. Warming up properly also helps prevent injuries.
We encourage you to carve out this personal exercise time for yourself and commit to your time-slot. This is your spot. It’s just for you. Make it, and you, a priority. However, if you miss a class due to personal illness, you can make up the class, within the seasonal session, by rescheduling with Angela into another class with spots available.
