Clients pre-pay for the full seasonal sessions. Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
- LIVE Techniques Classes: $20 each, adding Tech(+) is an additional $5.
- RECORDED CLASSES: $25 per week accessible 24/7

What You Will Need for Class
Clients have ordered various fitness props/equipment depending upon what is going to be used for the upcoming sessions workouts.

Is so very precious … please do your best to arrive on time. All fitness classes begin with a warm-up to prepare your body for the more challenging exercises that follow. Warming up properly also helps prevent injuries.
We encourage you to carve out this personal exercise time for yourself and commit to your time-slot. This is your spot. It’s just for you. Make it, and you, a priority. However, if you miss a class due to personal illness, you can make up the class, within the seasonal session.
