Angela Renee Techniques Class
An effective 45-minute total body, muscle toning and fitness conditioning class — the core of ARTbody. Focus and personal attention are paid to posture, positioning and form, giving you better results and a body that is symmetrical and fit all over! Class size of 10 ladies makes this an affordable, personalized experience. You’ll receive individual motivation and instruction that addresses your body’s needs.
Best of both! This 45-minute combo class will begin with exercises using the Swiss ball for maximum core work + balance and lower body toning. We will transition into a high-intensity interval training (HITT), with metabolism boosting full body moves, followed by short rest periods to recover.
ARTbody R & R (Repair & Restore)
Gentle, therapeutic exercises will be used to open, align and improve mobility in your body. This will enhance how your body physically functions overall. The class will target specific areas to help you repair and restore, so you move better. In addition to these specific, stylized movements, you will learn ways to release tight muscles. Plus, passive relaxation poses will be incorporated to calm the mind and nervous system, enabling you to turn inward and focus on the breath. You will leave feeling rested and relaxed. 45-minutes.
