This week in RELEASE class we focused on our feet! You can do this at home too. Grab a tennis ball if you are just starting out, or have very tender feet, and roll the bottom of your foot around on the ball: up and down, sideways, circles. The harder you press into the ball the more you feel it – you decide. Work your way up to using a golf ball.
All it takes is 5 minutes and the affects are amazing!
